Bob lives in Boone, North Carolina, and has been a Watauga County resident for 25 years. His wife, Wanda, recently retired as Watauga County's Registrar of Deeds and is a life long resident so they enjoy extensive contacts with county residents and the Boone business community. Bob has been a licensed broker in Boone since 1985, but only became an active Realtor in 2003. Previously his passion was retail apparel and he operated stores throughout North Carolina and into Tennessee.

Bob brings over 40 years of business background into his RE/MAX career with extensive experience in leasing, building, rennovation, property development and investment. He enjoys working with raw land, specializing in finding areas that represent "now" value with significant future appreciation.
