"In August 2006, we decided to sell some acreage in the vicinity of Boone, NC. With so many factors to consider we decided to consult with a real estate professional. A call to the local RE/MAX Realty Group introduced us to Stacie Pineda. After a brief conversation and furnishing the legal description of the acreage in question, we arranged a meeting at our residence for August 10, 2006. Stacie arrived for the meeting with a suggested plan that covered every aspect for a successful sale.
For us to better understand the suggested plan she explained it to us in layman's terminology.
