There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent REALTOR. In my opinion, the most important is the ability to effectively discover and address the different needs, wants, expectations and concerns of home sellers and buyers. This ability can only come through really caring about people, together with practical experience. Licensed since 1993, I've specialized in helping people in Blowing Rock, Boone, Banner Elk, and Valle Crucis areas buy and sell homes. During this time I've found that the ability to listen and be sensitive to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything that I do in my real estate work serves this objective.
